Did you know about the CLWSI cutting edge? In 2007 CLWSI, purchased a
“state
of the art” robotics system from Prokasro, a German company. This equipment, never before used
in the United States, has the ability to enter our sewer systems, grind, mill, fill, mold, and pressure inject
epoxy. Robotic cutters grind
and mill the connection surface area and prepare it for epoxy
injection. The connection is injected with epoxy; the epoxy material
cures in about one hour.
The finished product seals out the connection by repairing a
vulnerable point in the collection system.
